See below to read about our menu of trainings. Not only are trainings customizable, but they are ever changing and evolving based on the world around us. We also adjust our content based on the needs of the participants: we read your evaluations and take them seriously. We listen and are always learning right along with the community of learners with whom we are engaging.

Culturally Responsive Education

Our trainings on culturally responsive education are designed to be thought provoking, challenging, relevant, and immediately applicable to the work of supporting high school aged young people-partciularly those who are about to enter the postsecondary planning phase.

Trauma Awareness

Training Heals designs these trainings from a specific framework: you do not need to be a therapist in order to be therapeutic.These trainings are explicitly designed for educators, college access and success counselors, and other staff who are not therapists, but aim to create safe, trauma aware spaces for the young people they serve. All levels of skill and experience are welcome.
